SHOHAR AUR BIWI KE HUQOOQ | NEW YORK

(1) Ummul mo'minin Hazrate Aayesha siddeeqa Wa Hazrat Abu Huraira radiAllahu anhuma se riwayat hai ki 


Huzoor RasoolAllah sallallahu alaihi wa sallam ne farmaya 


'Agar primary kisi ke liye Sajde ka hukm deta to Aurto ko hukm deta ki apne shohar ko sajda kare.' 


(Tirmizi, Jild - 1, Baab - 788, Safa 594, Hadees - 1158, 


Mishkat, al-Masabih, Hadees - 7) 


(2) Huzoor RasoolAllah sallallahu alaihi wa sallam se daryaft kiya ki 


'Behtareen Aurat ki pehchan kya hai?' 


Aap ne farmaya 


'Jo Aurat apne Shohar ki ita'at wa farman bardari kare.' 


(Nisaai, Jild - 2, Safa - 364) 


(3) Jo Aurat panjgaana namaaz padhe, Ramazaan ke roze rakhe, apni izzat – aabroo ki hifazat kare aur apne shohar ki farman bardar ho wo to jannat ke darwazo me se jis darwaze se chahe daakhil ho jaaye. 


(4) Koi aurat bagair apne shohar ki ijazat ke nafli roza nahi rakh sakti.

(5) Agar kisi aurat ka shohar raat ko us se naraaz hokar sota hai to wo puri raat rahmat ke farishto se mehroom rehte hain.

Shohar aur Biwi ke liye in baato ko apnana khas zaroori hai

 (1 ) Aapas me mohabbat rakhen aur itemaad (trust) rakhe aur narmi aur husne sulook ke saath paish aaye. 


(2) Ek dusre ki khubiyo standard nazar rakhe aur aibo aur khaamiyo aur mamooli galtiyo ko nazar andaz kare. 


(3) Ek dusre ko nek sahi mashwara de aur deendaari wa shariat ki taakeed kare aur neki ki taraf rehnumai kare. 


(4) Haya aur adab aur husne akhlaq ikhtiyar kare aur aisa koi kaam na kare ke jis se dusre ki izzat kam ho aur ek dusre ki izzat ki hifazat kare. 


Ek dusre ke aib poshida rakhe aur dusro ke saamne zaahir na kare. 


(5) Ek dusre ki jaiz zaroorato ka khayal rakhe. 


Mard halaal rizq kama kar laaye aur ghar ke akhrajaat ko pura kare 


Aur Aurat uski halaal aamdani me se khaane ka aur dusri zaroorato ka khayal rakhe. Aur uske halal rizq standard shukr aur sabr kare aur ghar ka, maal ka aur ahlo ayaal aur ghar walo ka khayal rakhe. 


(6) Ek dusre ki jaiz khwahisho ko pura kare. 


(7) Ek dusre se wafadaari rakhe aur apne shareeke hayaat ke ilawa kisi gair aurat ya gair mard ke baare me na soche. 


(8) Ek dusre ke Rishtedaaro aur Dosto ya Saheliyo ki izzat kare aur un se husne sulook kare. 


(9) Ranjo gam, museebat aur beemari me ek dusre ke saath rahe aur ek dusre ko madad kare aur tasalli de aur hosla afzai kare. 


(10) Koi galti ho jaaye to narmi ke saath use sahi baat samjhaye aur galat fehmiyo aur shak ki wajah se paida sharpen grain ikhtelaf aur fitne fasaad se hamesha bachna chahiye. 


(11) ALLAH ta'ala se ek dusre ke liye dunya aur aakhirat me bhalai ki aur khairo barkat ki aur salaamati ki dua kare.
